Refund Policy
We want every customer to feel confident when ordering from efrainwhitt. If an item does not meet your expectations you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
Products must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original undamaged box which should be placed inside protective packaging. Accessories must include any branded dust bags or cards. Final-sale items, gift cards and personalised goods are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Initiating a Return
Email cs@efrainwhitt.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid label for customers in the United States and instructions for international shipments. Please use the label within 7 days; otherwise you will be responsible for the cost.
Inspection & Processing
Once the parcel reaches our facility we inspect each item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with the transaction reference. Shipping fees are refundable only when we have sent the wrong or defective product.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or colour we recommend placing a new order immediately to reserve stock. We will process the return and refund separately. Alternatively you may request an exchange in your return email; we will ship the replacement free of charge if the requested variant is available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We photograph every parcel before it leaves our warehouse. If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a full refund, partial refund or replacement at no extra cost and will cover any return shipping.
Late or Missing Refunds
If 10 business days have passed since you received our refund confirmation, first check your bank or PayPal account again, then contact your card issuer. Processing times vary by institution. If you still have not received the funds email us and we will trace the transaction on our side.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit equal to the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift, refund credit will be issued to the original purchaser.

We may modify this policy to reflect evolving business or legal requirements. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies.
