Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch every order within one business day from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA.
Processing Time
In-stock items leave our facility within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1 pm EST on Friday or during holidays begin processing the next business day.
Domestic Delivery
United States customers enjoy free standard shipping on orders over 75 USD. Transit averages 3-5 business days via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Express options are available at checkout.
International Delivery
We ship worldwide using DHL Express or USPS Global Priority. Typical delivery ranges from 5-10 business days depending on customs. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes and brokerage fees which are levied upon arrival.
Cut-off Dates
For Christmas delivery order by 10 December for international addresses and 17 December for US addresses. We publish updated cut-offs during other peak seasons.
Tracking
You will receive an automated email with tracking details once the shipping label is printed. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the parcel.
Failed Delivery
If the courier cannot deliver after two attempts the package may be held at a local depot or returned to us. Additional shipping charges apply for re-dispatch. Ensure your address is complete and secure.
Lost Packages
A parcel is considered lost when tracking shows no movement for 14 days domestic or 21 days international. We will file a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Split Shipments
Occasionally items arrive from separate locations. You will receive individual tracking numbers at no extra charge.
Environmental Commitment
We use recycled cardboard and paper-based tape. Plastic mailers are biodegradable.
